Guillermo Thatcher (aka Mr. Wright) was a Manticoran citizen and a former agent of the Special Intelligence Service. He retired from the SIS in the early 1920s PD and soon went on Yael Underwood's popular show, The Star Kingdom Today, under a pseudonym to give information about Anton Zilwicki's role in recent intelligence operations.
