The Pharaoh Hat was a puffle hat in Club Penguin. To get this puffle hat, you had to buy the blue puffle with the pharaoh hat. You had to use the code given when you have purchased a blue puffle plush. When unlocking, you would get coins, a Pharaoh Hat, and an item of choice from the Treasure Book.
