The Student Representative Council is a Kirlawan political body, based in Sapperton, Merkan. The body was first set up in 2065 by a group of politically active Kirlawan university students in Sapperton University. The council operates on a structure of five representatives elected from twelve major universities each across the country plus fourteen area councils of minor universities and colleges electing ten representatives each.
