Carmel is a nation within the Royal Kingdom of Gilboa. Historically, it was an independent kingdom until the Unification War, when it joined with Selah and Gath in the Triple Alliance against Gilboa. However, by 1979 Carmel was conqured by then General Silas Benjamin who imprisioned the King of Carmel Vesper Abbadon. Since then, Carmel was annexed into Gilboa. Carmel is home to the ethnic Carmelions, with the regional capital at New Carmel. New Carmel was founded following King Silas' destruction of Old Carmel. New Carmel has a population of 72,967.
