Only 12 Nations on Earth actively have a military. 96% of countries without a military have had having a military constitutionaly banned. The Panamanian Commonwealth have been the main advocate for the banning of Military as an attempt to stop conflict worldwide. In 2098 the UN set up the convention on the rights of a nation which regarded a Military Free State as a long term goal. 67% of members signed it. In 2165 the World Court began forcing members who had signed the convention to shut down all forms of military. Most Countries with a Military are in an active Cold War for example
