King Michael II was the thirteenth reigning monarch of the Star Kingdom of Manticore from 1785 to 1802 PD. (UHH) He suffered from severe and potentially life threatening allergies and rarely left Mount Royal Palace. He was one of only two monarchs not to be adopted by a treecat after the adoption of Queen Adrienne. (Companion)
