Ensign Emily Spitale was a female Starfleet engineer. Soon after transferring to the USS Enterprise-E in 2379, she was part of the Delta team under the command of Lieutenant Christine Vale which was sent to Tezwa's Nokalana Sea to destory the nadion-pulse cannon firebase located there underwater since she was deep-dive trained.
