The Police Tugboats are minor antagonists from the Little Toot segment in Melody Time. One is first seen catching Little Toot puffing smokeballs into a ship's holes. He glares down at Toot with a stern look which scares him back to his shed, and the police tugboat floats away with a satisfied look on his face. Two are later seen having arrested Toot and leaving him 12 miles away from the city. They appear among the tugboats who answer Toot's SOS, but are forced back by waves.
