The New Pacific Ocean Accords is an ODAP agreement between the New Pacific Order and Oceania. It is an upgrade from the Protectorate treaty between the NPO and Oceania called the Pacific Ocean Accords. On July 18, 2012 it was upgraded to an MDoAP in The Fukushima Accords.
