This is a dungeon on Papaya Island that featured Bio-Androids. The main boss was Cell-X. Originally, Cpatain bacterian was tasked with gathering energy for Cell-X, but Cell-X grew impatient and and took residence in an abandoned cave underneath a waterfall.
