The Human Bomb has been claimed to have beat the record for the fastest death of superhero comics. He debuted in one panel and in the next, he exploded and died. However, in a parody of comic book death, the hero always comes back to life. In a later strip it is revealed that all the Homem-Bombas that explode are secretly clones.
