{stub} Lagrimas Negras is a island in the Caribbean. Its ruler, El Huracan (the hurricane) watches over this small haven for criminals with big money and no where to go. For a price you can live in luxury. No disease, no poverty, no lawmakers, it looks like a haven for outlaws- but it is not as it seems. If you run out of money, then you will either be killed or be used as a worker or servant on the island as James Bond was in the book Hurricane Gold for a short while as he was trying to catch Mrs. Glass, an enemy in the book.
