She will tell you that some of the meatlumps are angry with her and ask you to cheer them up. I have found that if you read the thought bubble that appears above your head after you attempt to cheer up an angry Meatlump, it will give you an indication as to which emote to use. When you are done, return to Balia to receive your reward.
