If you are getting an installer error when trying to install Delphi 5, check the following: 1. * Are you installing from a network path? If yes, make sure you have mapped it using a drive letter, otherwise the installer cannot find some if its files. 2. * Are you installing from a copy of the CD on the local harddisk? If yes, make sure you have copied not only the INSTALL directory but also the RunImage directory. The installer copies files from there. Also, make sure these directories are in the root of a drive, use the subst command if you want to install from a subdirectory.
