Delga was a female Hutt. She was also the uncharted leader of the small settlement on Najiba. She made a pact with Chin Chaldak, who thought he was a CIS agent, to drive the Republic off. She even allowed the bounty hunter, Ryluk Shouja, who claimed she requested the bounty on Chin, to help cover up the conspiracy, and kidnapped Ryluk when he was close. She also got involved with Tesh Vohore, putting on a front that she wanted the Republic aid on the planet by blowing up staged B1 battle droids.
