Joe & Joey Records is a record label owned by Joe Bruce and Joey Utsler of the Insane Clown Posse. Its purpose is to release some of their more questionably-legal releases. (ex. possibly copyright infringing samples used). The idea being that if there are any legal problems, they can just shut down the record label without losing everything.
