Pelly is a white pelican in the Animal Crossing series. Pelly is friendly, and always does her job. She also has a crush on Pete. She was in Animal Crossing, and Animal Crossing: Wild World, and also, Animal Crossing: City Folk. When Pelly isn't at the town hall, her sister Phyllis is, who's a grouchy pellican that is extremely opposite of Pelly. If you own Wild World or City Folk, and you open your gates, both Pelly and Phyllis will be working at the same time at seperate desks, so any visitors can talk to one of them if your already talking to one of them
