Marina Zhurakhinskaya is a prominent woman in free and open source software. She formerly worked as a senior software engineer (working on GNOME desktop projects) and more recently as Community Engagement Lead for Red Hat. She also leads the Outreachy program and serves on the boards of the GNOME Foundation and the Ada Initiative.
