The Confederate Uniform Code of Military Justice was a regulatory code applied to the armed forces of the Terran Confederacy. Under section 14:76:2 of the code, any member of the armed forces caught removing military assets from a government installation without sanction would be tried as an enemy agent and be subject to the death penalty.
