not exactly hi, but "pokemon trainer" is a playable charecter, and you can fight with his 3 pokemon: squirtle ivasour chaizard you can swich them by doing a down special If you mean on the selection screen though, you just move the cursor to him and select him, though by default, you will have him selected (meaning you will start with a random pokemon if you simply click his box). Doing so will make you start with a random pokemon. You can do the same with the other pokemon (in the box) too.
