Second City Guardsmen was the military guards of the Second City, the capital of the Colonies. In 1198 their administration fell to the Ivory Champion, a newly post created by the Imperial Governor of the Colonies Otomo Suikihime. This Colonial version of the Imperial Guard was comprised primarily of clan samurai.
