Advance 97; 1950s; This one piece dress in ballet and evening length has a double cut bodice with twin petal detail, diagonal lines and wide away neckline scoops in back. The very full skirt has four gores and flares at the hemline. The hip line fullness is controlled with deep, unpressed pleats. The pattern suggests that you bead or sequin the petals of the bodice as shown in the picture. According to the pattern envelope this pattern is adapted from the London Couture.
