After Weegee traveled through time and game Charles Martel the Weegee Virus, he became Charlie Malltel. Malltel used a clone machine to clone one inch of space, and repeated this process up until he had his own Star Cluster, the Malltelian Kingdom. Charlie grew with allies like Weegee, but hated Makizon, Spleegeeg, and other enemies of Weegee. He then joined The Weegee Merio Clan. He even funded it partially after the Trolliversian Union allegedly shut it down.
