The Earldom of Calvingdell was one of the original peerages of the Star Kingdom of Manticore. In the early 16th Century PD, the ruling Countess Calvingdell was Lady Clara Sumner, who sat on the Appropriations Committee of the House of Lords. She had a habit of double-booking her appointments. (MA1)
