For each BonusType Resource the controlling Civ has access to, the Unit's strength is modified. While this numbers is allowed to be Negative, caution must be excercised to ensure that it is unlikely for a Unit to be reduced below 0 Strength overall, as the game is currently not coded to handle such a situation.
