The Tsarist Party of Youtube or TTPY is a anti UTTP alliance made up of the Youtube Secret Police (YSP) and those who personally hate the UTTP. The TTPY is at war with the UTTP and has raided the UTTP main page with hate slogans in Russian. The base of the TTPY is in St. Petersburg, Russia in the same building as the RTP because the RTP is a sub division of the TTPY dedicated to anti trolls and Feminazi butthurt.
