It's the motorcycle repair shop opened by Jake Hanson. At first, it was called Rusty's, who was Jake's boss. When it went bankrupt, Jo Reynolds invested money she got from her divorce to Charles in Jake's project. It closed when a fire destroyed the place. Jake had no employees.
