CC-8492, nicknamed Red, was a clone trooper captain during the Clone Wars, the galaxy-wide conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. He was later a member of the Alliance to Restore the Republic and fought at Battle of Yavin, the Battle of Hoth and the Battle of Endor. Red was the commander of the Blood Brothers, a unit in the Grand Army of the Republic who joined him in opposing the Galactic Empire. Red served under Jedi General Aron Kel, and was a freethinking, tough, and aggressive trooper. Yet his noteworthy individuality aside, Red followed his orders without question like the rest of the soldiers. Red was also good friends with most his fellow clone captains.
