Gary Pearson was a staff animator at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, doing the shaky lettering for Kids in the Hall, storybook sequences for Mr. Dressup, and animated segments for Sesame Park. He has written for MAD TV, the 2004 Gemini Awards, Corner Gas, This Hour Has 22 Minutes, and That's So Weird! He has written a romantic comedy book called Slapshot of Love.
