Electro Blast, also known as Electro Pulse, is a pickup that, once activated, covers the activator's car in electricity for 10 seconds. While the pickup is active, driving near another car will "zap" it, overloading its circuits and disabling it for 3 seconds. The Turbo Battery has the power to cancel the pulse and make the car work again.
