Maldonado was the former head of a Philly street gang called the O's. Miguel shot and killed Vaughn Bubley in cold blood over a scooter. He was later confronted by Cedric Bubley wanting to avenge his brother's death. Cedric is believed to have been murdered and ditched in a dumpster. In order to find his body Cedric's mom had to party with Miguel. Miguel is responsible for the murders of Vaughn, Cedric, Quincy Bubley, and Luther Bubley. He was arrested for Vaughn's murder.
