Fredd is a thug and boor living in Novigrad and introduced in a fourth issue of The Witcher: Curse of Crows graphic novel. He keeps a company of at least three other men like him, armed with knives and swords, and they are infamous in the whole free city. This ends when he tries to force his company to Ciri, who shows him and his friends her refusal stance through kicks and punches.
