Featured in episode 7 of Season 2, Mahal is a Section Chief for Katharon's base near Suille and has made contact with other bases in the Middle-East and Europe. In episode 10, he met with one of the royal family member in the Suille capital and discussed about the Federation's cases and suppression, but was killed by the Memento Mori along with the capital.
