The USS Republic (NCC-73856) was a Sovereign Class Starship in 2370s. It was named after the Constitution Class USS Republic. In 2379 after the disasterous Tezwa affair, the USS Republic along with the USS Musashi and the USS Amargosa were sent to aid the USS Enterprise-E with the reconstruction of Tezwa after millions of its citizens were killed and most of its major cities' structures were destroyed by the Klingons.
