The 2003-13 was a UARA STARS Late Model Series event held at Track::Hickory Motor Speedway on September 6, 2003. Keith Bumgarner won his final race of the season, holding off Brandon McCarson after a dominant wire-to-wire showing by Bumgarner. Eventual season champ Lee Tissot continued to add on consistent finishes, showing 4th at race's end.
