The Paladin is a decent addition in battle, since their special ability allows the player to defend themselves better with shields. Like traditional Paladins, they focus on defending themselves and their allies and have decent defensive magic capabilities. If Paladin has the Bait ability active and uses Avenge after a number of turns, the Paladin can increase its overall strength by a great amount.
