HEDGEHEM - The Imperial Watch is reporting that it has established FORT EBONSTAR along Hedgehem Road, which will now act as a major site of operations for all patrols along both Hedgehem and Zahir road in the Zahirian territories. Named by Duchess Voreyn Zahir, Fort Ebonstar has been converted from the old Outroost Manor. Though it isn't much to look at, the Fort has been upgraded to the best of the Imperial Watch's ability, and will serve the purpose that they intend for it.
