Captain Nebik is a Neutral Good gnome wizard that fought alongside King Boranel and the Breland during the Last War. He now commands the King's Wands, who provide magical support for the other divisions of the agencies that operate within the Citadel. He provides guidance and tasks operatives from at least two groups of the Citadel's other divisions. The other divisions include the King's Swords, the King's Shields, the King's Dark Lanterns and the King's Shadows.
