Metta Lawson is a female Judge Marshall who is the main protagonist of Lawless , a strip in the Judge Dredd Megazine. She is sent to the town of Badrock, replaceing the previous Marshall. After months of hints that she wasn't who she claimed to be, the final part of "Welcome to Badrock" revealed she was actually Marshall Freely from Insurrection under a stolen identity.
