The Titans take a young girl named Terra under their wing, as she has developed geokinesis but cannot control it. Meanwhile, the Titans have been tracking crime lord Slade, and it soon turns out that Terra may have a hidden agenda - to frame Judas for the assasination of Jesús, a Mexican cult leader.
