First Love Beguiling Bubbles was a Love Potion from the WonderWitch line by Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes. It was bought by a number of Hogwarts students, the most notable of these being Romilda Vane. She wanted to use it on Harry Potter as she thought he was "the Chosen One", and therefore a highly desirable catch.
