A photographer takes pictures of one of his models in a park. However, as he makes a pass at her, the man accidentally kills the girl. He blames this crime on a tramp who was sleeping on a park bench. However, the little people were in the park and took a picture of the crime with a camera the photographer dropped. They devise a scheme at the photographer's place to try to develop the picture and then show it to the police, and clear the tramp's name from this crime.
