Nigh D. Norwin is a pirate from North Blue who is the Pirate Captain and creator of the Elegant Pirates. He, with his crew specialize in a unique type of Kenpo that he created, Ballroom Kenpo. He and his crew are one of the Antagonists and recurring characters in Trials of the World. He is frequently shown being involved with more of the Heiko Pirates rather than Mugen, however.
