Jarik was created by Kaminoans as an unaltered clone, as a gift for the famed Boba Fett, after the Yuuzhan Vong Invasion. Boba Fett had been suffering of a disease caused by his cloned DNA, and had decided to pay the Kaminoan Cloners a visit to find a cure. When he arrived, he found out that all of Ko Sai's data had been lost, taken by Jaing Skirata.
