This jutsu allows a person to steal the memories of another person. First the user uses their non-dominant hand to for the hand seal, they then use their dominant hand to extend their chakra in the form of a tendrils from their palm. This tendril then splits apart and enters the enemy through their eyes, nose, mouth and ears(it will also enter through any cuts and wounds on the persons head.).
