The Knife is the nickname of a cruel Nazi doctor who works in Camp Belica. He is a minor antagonist in the game. The Knife is infamous for kidnapping prisoners for torturing before incinerating them. His nickname is due to the fact that he takes great pleasure in torturing his victims with a knife. One of B.J.'s side missions is to kill him. While sneaking into his quarters, B.J. is captured and briefly tortured by The Knife. B.J. would survive before escaping the furnace. B.J. can return to the area where he was tortured after getting out of the furnace, and kill The Knife.
