California is a Federal Paralimentary Republic situated on the Mid-Pacific Coast of North America, Consisting of 20 Self-Governing Provinces. It is bordered by Cascadia to the North, The Free Federal Republic of the Western United States, and Mexico to the South. The Capital, Sacramento is located in the Northern Region of the County and has been the capital since 1854.
