Carlos Sadern was the deputy chief engineer on the Necasian asteroid base AB-334 during the Cruentusian War. He mostly oversaw the unstable power generators there and the Verpine workforce in the lower maintenance levels. Shortly after the arrival of pilot Zymon Anvar at the base, he was killed by an unknown being.
