Twiggy Papaya was a PPC Boarder. She is responsible for the Department of Cool and Unusual Punishment and its original agents, Twiggy, Scorpia, and Brittany. Twiggy attended the Good Omens Official Fanfiction Summer School, putting her species down as 'hellhound/dog hybrid'. This led to her finding out exactly how difficult school can be when you lack opposable thumbs or human vocal cords. It also led to embarrassing diplomatic incidents, shall we say, with the mini-Hellhounds. In the Real World, Twiggy tried to audition for the role of Luna Lovegood.
