Avery Steeples was chosen by the Eagle Star Beast (embodiment of the constellation Aquilla) to be its champion and wield its Element of Fire as the Red Ranger. Later, Red Ranger discovers the legendary Phoenix Battlizer and gains the power to upgrade into Phoenix Battle Mode.
